The HKS filters may have nice internal velocity stacks but the filter element absolutely sucks. No pun intended. Stay away from that foam filter crap unless you really don't care about your engine.

HKS now offers a 3 layer (triple density) dry polyurethane filter element as well as the 2 layer (dual density) wet element. The new triple layer elements offer improved filtration and come standard in all of the SMF-Reloaded Intake Kits.
