hks intake

im about to order the intake but my question is is anyone out there with this intake not using the heat shield if so can u post some pics?

Why would you not want to use the heat shield? Would completely defeat the purpose of the intake.

yea you don't want to be completely sucking only hot air from the engine. looks cool though.
