help and vid request
ok so after removing my cat converter again and installing my B&B resonated midpipe i've decided that my stock exhaust sounds like a spray fart in a tin can so i def am in the market for a catback. now i know whatever i choose will be loud i'm currently thinking about the mazdaspeed. i was originally thinking about the HKS single. but after talking to john at HKS i have a feeling it is gonna be psycho loud so i'm gonna stick to dual. i'm on a limited budget as well so nothing over like 800, and i don;t want racing beat due to its weight (nothing against racing beat, personally i love everything bout that company i'm just really fat and every lil bit helps to reduce weight). I know i'm being picky but any help is good help. can you all give me either sound clip links or you tube links of diff zausts with catless midpipes. namely mazdaspeed, borla, rx8club, corksport, etc. thanks in advance

That is the rx7store.net resonated midpipe and catback. Idle, holding at ~3k rpms, then revving it up in the 7-9k range. Video quality isn't the best, so turn the sound up a little to compensate since it's kind of quiet.

if you think stock sounds like a fart can, most aftermarket exhausts are going to sound far worse.
my borla sounded like complete crap with the catless midpipe. the stock exhaust wasn't nearly as bad.
whatever you do, do not trust the online videos. my video of my borla + catless midpipe didn't sound too horrible online, but in person it was bad enough that I removed the borla the same day.

well for some reason i've melted 2 cat converters and i had to remove 2nd one (i think i had a air leak on intake side that caused it to lean out and mely) so now i'm catless and am looking to do an exhaust as well. i know what a rotary sounds like w/o cats my buddys NA FC had corksport single and no cats and it was ridiculous but his was un resonated and i'm hoping MS or some form of dual zaust will be a lil quieter. the stock zaust is super quiet but it buzzes ungodly, i like the rasp of the rotary just not like a 92 civic with apc zaust. and i can't afford 900bucks tam thank you tho
