just installed the agency power exhaust system with the cat delete pipe.
it sits on the shrouds. and melted them after......a good hour of driving.
will the metal shrouds help? or is there anything i can stik under them to help?

Why did you drive it if the hot exhaust was touching the plastic shrouds?

I think this fitment issue needs to be brought up with Agency Power... I can send them an email if people with the Agency Power exhaust want me too.. If we want to create a list of names & purchase date, Ill put something together & send it that way.

Also verify that the far rear grommets are on the hangers. I too have the AP package and melted the shrouds, but because I forgot to install the far rear grommets to the hangers and the exhaust tips were close to touching (but while driving, it bounced and eventually rested on the shrouds). After I installed the grommets to the hangers, the exhaust was off the shrouds enough to not burn it (anymore).
Never had a fitment issue with mine. I first started with the AP cat-back and AP cat-delete, then removed the cat-delete and installed the stock cat. Never had any fitment issues. Maybe I just got lucky!
