Ok, this attached manifold should fit. It now has a 3" pipe with a drop down and all primaries are bent in the horizontal plane (as opposed to before).

But it may not be cheaper to manufacture than what TeamRX8 did. (Also, most dimensions are still estimated).

And yes, as mentioned before, there's not much power to be gained with any header (due to the missing overlap).

When you are begging a 5% increase is a banquet. To clarify--not just a header --but addressing the entire exhaust system.

Thanks for that info! A bit surprised at the thin gauge used, but if it works, why not? Do you remember what type of welding rod you used for the T321? And for the joint between the iron flange and the 2" tubes? Any impression about the resulting change in sound over stock?

Without writing a novel to explain why, you are both over and under thinking the situation. The simplest is likely taking an RB manifold plate, using 2" OD pipes keeping them as short as possible (unequal length is ok) but bringing them together into a single 3x2" inlet - 1x3" outlet merge collector, and then maintain 3" all the way to the rear muffler area. Where most headers fail is necking down to the 2.63 OD outlet size of the OE manifold so that it mates to the OE & aftermarket cat/midpipes.

My manifold has cracked and been welded up a couple of times over it's life. For a street car it would be better to use heavier material like common 16 Ga.
