I love SP2 deep tone.
K&N is even louder and the sound is not very beautiful.

Just wonder, how CAI sound like at WOT?
I might get one.......

I had the K&N intake too.....Great design, and the Sounds was amazing! Sounded like and Beast @ WOT! But also notice too.....that alot of hot air what entering my intake.

So I got the AEM CAI, and then Wrapped it some some insulation too, and I notice a big difference, my AEM was pulling in Fresh Cold Air, and the insulation was keeping the piping cold too.

Just my Two Cents.

Yeah I just installed the K&N V2 last week. I noticed a drastic loss in power in the lower RPM range....especially when the under hood temps go up after idling at a light. I've seen the IAT up as high as 160 deg on a 80 degree day....usually between 100-120 while cruising.

Yeah it's pulling a tiny bit better on the low end now and a lot better on the top end, but low end torque below 4,000 rpm still sucks compared to the stock intake...especially after sitting at a light on a hot day.

My K&N pulls good when my car is cold, but when it gets hot outside, I feel a lose in power and get the MIAC sound. Im doing the TBB mod to see if that helps today.
