It looks like a short ram intake (crap) that will probably yield poor maf readings.

hahahaha $600 for an intake, I mean really

Exoticspeed makes a fine exhaust, though. This intake looks like nothing special; it's even following the dumb carbon fiber trend, but maybe it'll surprise us.
