You can throw a bunch of blankets in your trunk to get rid of some of the cabin noise.

Oil slick projectors and tack drop vessels along with top mounted howitzers will help that.

make sure you have no exhaust leaks, they tend to make the exhaust note A LOT louder, might wanna check the connection from the header to the midpipe and the midpipe to the catback...

To loud for my taste but still a good mod

3 inches all the way is the way to go. Opened up and now breathing -- Awesome

wow. My exoticspeed s1-t exhaust is loud, and that is with a stock cat and headers. I couldn't imagine with a mid-pipe and headers...

You will find that a performance muffler that is designed to deaden the sound to be very, very helpful. Very helpful. You will see very, very small drops in power---perhaps 2 hp.

Mufflers have several properties. One of them is sound deadening. Get a performance muffler with sound deadening and you'll enjoy your car much better. It will still be loud and sound great but you'll ears won't ring all the time.

I use custom molded ear buds under a helmet when we race our cars and my ears will ring for a day or two after running the car. We run two mufflers and the car is still very, very loud (which several of you know).

Good luck.

Definitely not a leak but you could look into getting one of these inserts if it's too loud for you.

Get a dual res midpipe, it should quiet thins down. Still 3' inches all the way through but it adds a little bit of weight. Worth it if you can't handle the LOUD.

Nice setup, my headers are sitting in the closet, still debating if I want all that LOUDNESS.

You know you'd have to ditch the headers if you went turbo, right?
