dual exhaust

ok from everything ive read and from the best i can come up with is that for those of us that are n/a we need a true dual exhaust from a header back. i understand that there is technically 4 exhaust ports and three factory collection ports. but that are funneled through a maze of bottle necks and cats and then at the back they spread back into 2 pipes. but for n/a power the best header designs are the longest runners they can get with the least noticeable collector or easiest transition they can get so for those of us lucky enough not to have to be worried about emissions and don't have to run cats why hasn't someone made a header that transitions into a two pipe collector that runs all the way back to 2 exit pipes or 3 header pipes into 3 mid pipe into 2 mufflers ive seen extream rotorys dual exhaust and they are close to what im thinking but wheres the rest . it seams as our cars dont run on the normal principal of exhaust theory witch is why no one has gotten it to produce like we expect it seams we arnt in need of any extra type of scaviging effect that is required by conventional 4 stroke engines we need some thing that will flow as smooth and free as possible with out basically tripping up the next exhaust stroke with the following one . im not sure how im going to try to come up with this design but im really interested in ideas

David Borla looked into it in 2004, but looks like he's dropped the idea.....

you should search some more. There are some headers in the works.
Some notables:
Black Halo Racing
Turblown (In the works. No confirmation)

by the way i know what im looking at is far off of what rotory god has proposed before but im really intrested to see if this could be done and then put to good use on a bridge ported engine even with its very very small amount of overlap it could introduce to the mix

ok so looking at bhr's really pretty header im still wondering how they are going to over come the accustics of the center ports it still looks like a equel length set up but amazingly they are finally useing more runner length then normal im so very happy to see the 8 finally getting the attiontion it deserves like the port work that is going on a BDC motorsports im really looking for a reason to pull my engine and send it over to them.

ok so I figured out how to do the split from 3 into 2 going back to rg theory the outside ports should collect as far back as possible and leave the center port to do its own thing and from the fact that it seems to either flow more then the outside ports or that it just has more heat to deal with I think a slightly larger diameter pipe to allow ease of flow I don’t think 4 pipes are needed but it defiantly needs special attention to the center pipe

concepts that sound or look great have no correlation to what actually works or makes sense in the real world

in addition to being misguided and having no idea what you are doing you will only waste time and money
