I actually think it looks pretty darn good! I do have a few ideas for you, I will post up some pics tomorrow of what we did if I have time. I have a custom 3" exhaust exiting on Passenger side.

Curious on why you decided to have it exit out the drivers side?

Attached are some pictures of what we did on our car.

Obviously for street this would be kinda loud and I would add a more attractive tip. And I would add a Shroud, which will fit. But for HP it is as straight as possible and free flowing as possible.

I had requests for the driver side, one of the reasons being so the driver could here the exhaust note a little better. We are looking at adjusting the angle slightly which should help out with it needing to be moved to the passenger side 1/4" as well. I will try and keep you guys updated as things progress.

Thank you for the suggestions and comments guys!

theres already HKS and raceroots that have driverside exit single exhausts, theres nothing that really exits passenger side besides the racingbeat race exhaust that has the tip pointed downwards, i feel like it would be cool to have something more performance oriented, different and designed better than just something that sounds cool, would provide for more variety too

Hi everyone,

I am following up on Andrews post about our new RX8 single exit exhaust. We have the new sample of our drift style exhaust and hoped to get some feedback from the forum!

I have uploaded some video to our YouTube page that can be viewed at http://youtu.be/ziJ8LyliEy4

We look forward to your feedback!

Some high res pics would be nice, I have heard most of the exhaust on the market available for the RX-8 and exhaust systems always sound way different in person than they do in videos so they are kind of useless. I would like to go back with a lighter single tip version, I miss my HKS Hi-power.

What's the estimated price? Looks alright. The sound and/or price will have to be better than the HKS Hi Power exhaust for me to want one though

We do not have a 2s version in the works presently. If you would like to submit a product request, we can discuss it in the next development meeting: http://www.corksport.com/product-ideas.html

I spoke with one of our engineers about it this morning. He said that if the Rx8 exhaust just requires a hanger adjustment to add S2 fitments, we can do it.

We will check that when we are closer to release and I will get back to you!

There are a few threads in the S2 section about the agency power exhaust and how to make it fit an S2. Should be the exact same thing, I believe the exhaust just does not hang low enough. However It would be nice to see it actually modified to fit an S2 properly rather than just making it hang lower with an adjustable hanger or whatever.
