Cold Air Intakes

Ok, so I am looking at all these differant intakes and I hear a lot of good things about the REVI. is it seriosult even worth the money to get this? I mean, I would love to make my stck 8 a little quicker, but judging from all the comments on this site, thast nearly impossible. What will I get from this system and what can I expect?

It will sound different but "quickness" isnt something you should be hoping for from it. I'm thinking about getting the mazdaspeed cai

yeah..if what your looking for is power, just stick with the stock air box and just install a K&N drop in filter. it'll save you a lot of money AND give you a slightly different sound than the stock one. hell...i would've done this if i hadn't been able to get my REVi free of charge

Oh how could i forget about the RB air duct too! to sum it all up, if your going to indeed be staying with your stock air box i recommned dropping in the K&N filter AND the RB ram air duct. As has been said, power gains are minimal, but its the best you can get for your money without getting a new expensive intake
