I'll reply soon with a review of the K&N intake in combo with RB's racing duct...
Should make it a little louder, but I'm going too be paying too the power increase more than the sound... I got a HFC and AP's exhaust for sound...
P.S. too take off the VFAD you have too remove the front bumper, and also the black plastic that is on top of it

Anyhow, there's plenty of cars out there that can gain at least 10hp by adding an intake alone like a Corolla (K&N), Eclipse (Injen, AEM) etc. Giving you exact hp numbers for other cars isn't the point here. The point is that there are no real significant power gains to be made with an intake on the stock motor when compared to other engines. It only takes about five seconds of searching to realize that. I'm not trying to rip on people or anything, I just can't justify spending such a huge chunk of change on some 3 hp parts. Just add it up:
Intake: $350
Cat-Back Exhaust: $600
Pullies:$150
High Flow Cat-$350
Grounding Kit $125
That in itself adds up to almost 1/2 the cost of a turbo kit. All of those parts also net less then 20 hp. I would rather save my money for the turbo, that's all I'm sayin.
To each his own, and I totally understand the desire to mod. Until I can afford to put the big power in, I'm gonna work on the suspension.

I know the Greddy turbo kit comes with a complete intake, so i agree it would be kind of a waste to buy just the intake if im going for the turbo kit later. Or, if its possible to buy the turbo kit without the intake system...which i doubt :S
