i was just curious as to why certain materials are used in making clutchs. i noticed most clutchs for our car are..copper ceramic, just copper, or some kinda organic steal. what woudl be the benifits of each of these different compounds. and why woudl you make a clutch with the pucks (on a 6 puck) being on,y copper...or is it really a copper ceramic and tehy just omited teh ceramic part. haha thanks in advance all you tech mechanical savy people:D
