CC Inserts for AP Exhaust

has any one tried CC inserts for the AP Exhaust similar to this one? how well does it work or if it even works to quiet it down a bit?

We have the Flanged one that is a drop in.

The important thing is to have gaskets on each side of the flange otherwise it creates a leak.

We have them on our website in the exhaust section.

i saw that. but i was looking for someone that already has it with an AP exhaust so i could hear from them how much quieter it can get
