Hi all, I posted a while back about a problem I was having with my BHR midpipe, and sadly to say its still there.
I get a rather annoying rattle especially on idle when the car vibrates trying to settle itself. Its very annoying, and I dont have much free time to try and sort it.
But as of yet, I noticed one of the springs provided wasnt even long enough to be compressed. It just moved about loosely. So I swapped them with the OEM springs, which helped a bit, I've tightened them up now and them to see if it helps, but nothing
It sounds as if its coming from the front, but I dont have any real access to front joint, as my hydraulic jack seems to dig into my driveway and bend my jacking points inwards  So im limited to the scissor jack......
Any ideas on fixes?

All hangers are connected. Cant see it hitting/ touching any part of the car or brace.
Cant say the 02 sensor is torqued, but it was tightened reasonable and has no movement or play.
Im using borla catback and oem manifold.
Its a very annoying rattle when the car vibrates prodominately. Although I cant tell whether any of the other noises I can hear are normal or infact just the rattle sped up so they sound like a cool noise :P
Its sounds like a knocking noise, and changed when I tightened up the rear cup and ball joint.
Extremely hard to pin point where its coming from, front or rear.....

Can you reproduce the noise with the car on a lift, or while being outside of it? Determining car noises can be very tricky. If you can't do anything of the above try moving inside of the car to listen to it from different angles.
I had a glovebox rattle that I thought was coming from the rear once :D

One of the forum members was hunting for a rattling noise that his 8 was making. Couldn't ever figure it out, but it was just at idle. Finally, got his son to stand in the garage and point to the part that was making the rattling noise.
He started the 8 and his son pointed to the electrical box on the wall.
There is a moral in there somewhere

Exhaust note
I've been promising a video for a long time now. Way overdue.
Sorry for the delay.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QjgX4NlYNTc
This is just a video to Document exhaust sound.
My current drive train Setup consists of the following:
AEM CAI
BHR Ignition
BHR Catless Midpipe
GReddy SE Catback
COBB AccessPort with a custom calibration from MAZDAMANIAC
Apparently, (I'm told) under load, the car throws flames anywhere from 12-18 inches in length. I'll post video of such nonsense when I get someone to ride along side of me and capture it. Until then, consider using BHR and MazdaManiac for all you rotary needs.

Don't break your browser, but the video does have an HD option.
Now hurry up and develop your exhaust, you slow bunch of bitches.

You've most likely bent one of your supports and it's touching your pipe. I had a machine shop build custom aluminum ones for me because they kept bending and touching the pipe. Haven't had the issue since.
