Because the customer doesn't know what they truly want?

It's the same line between PD's answers being accurate as well, but they are surface answers, and aren't really addressing the true reason for why those answers are true in the first place.

Calling us individually would take alot of calls before you got around to someone who can give you an accurate answer. And if you just stopped at the first customer, you would be screwed. But if you called them all, you would be confused. Does that make sense?

Of all the dynamics I have recognized in this industry, what we are now discussing was one thing I could not figure out.... so, thanks for the conversation on it.

I guess the next question is "Why does a vendor ask about this stuff in one of his own threads when he can simply call his customers, individually, and get many of the same answers?"
Sorry I thought your query was in general and not specific to you or anyone. My response was along those lines.

Anyone should absolutely feel comfortable contacting you directly and expect a warm and thorough response.

No BS or *** kissing here. 5 stars on your customer service.

Well my patronage will be warm, ruff, and full of contempt! Now gimme Monkey!

I assume all vendors are helpless, greedy, and imply friendliness in order to make a sale. Seldom have I ever met one which displays genuine customer service.

You Jerks are just forcing the cash out of my wallet!

Seriously, though, when is James going to bring you to AZ to meet the BHR crew? He had a LOT of fun last year when he visited. Couple times, actually.......

If that is right, I'm gonna call you Sherlock Holmes because there are no clues at all besides he is stirring something.

Well, let us first start off with the frying pan. My guess is scrambled eggs. Why? Because the time is 6:57 am. Well it could be PM, but where's the sun peeking through the blinds? Also, you can tell it's early in the morning by how Ray is slumped over, putting weight on his hip to keep it up. Also, he is wearing casual clothes, clothes you would just throw on to make breakfast.

Also you can see the coffe pot going in the background. Definitely oatmeal in the pot.

Installed the midpipe w/CAT last night. It was raining so I did not get to push it that much but it sounds great! Has a bit of a lower aggressive tone. The pipe is banging on some metal below so I need look into that to see what is going on. The hanger is in the rubber exhaust hanger as well.

Is anyone running the new dual-resonated with a Greddy SP2 catback? I really need an idea on what this sounds like but there's I can't find a sound clip anywhere.

Speaking of dual resonated BHR midpipes, what does happen if you weld in two of them? Did BHR ever try it? I was thinking about this the other day.
