It's my standing opinion, and I believe the opinion of others who have helped, that the mid-pipe simply allows a moderate increase in sound from your cat-back exhaust. Simply put, if you enjoy the true sound of your cat back then you'll enjoy the sound of our mid-pipe.
I'll be working with Easy this week to see if we can get the video up from this past weekend. It's been busy around BHR's western HQ but I'll try and get something up for everyone.

And the main perk was the tone got lower.
So if you have a stock mid pipe don't expect your car to be ear splitting loud.
Expect just to here the exhaust note change from tingy to throaty.

Sounds awesome guys. Just still curious on the final suggestion for suggested Gaskets. I know Ray is very plug and play, and mentioned hopefully just being able to use the stock donut gaskets, but I'm curious if thats recommended for my setup, which has a aftermarket header, and the aftermarket catback.

I tried this midpipe as well and all I can says is WOW. I experienced no noticable difference of noise in my cabin during idle or under heavy load. What do I mean by heavy load. 9000 rpm's thru 1 and 2nd gear before getting off the gas so I wouldn't get into trouble. Now was the sound different, YES. Less of the normal tinny sound a rotary puts out and more of a nice low tone. Great job RAY and the BHR crew.

And sure enough it was quiet on his car. So quiet you could barely tell any chang from stock.
Other than it was a deeper tone.
It will be ready before SSXII.

IMO packing can always make any muffler/resonator quieter. I'm not really a fan of the Flowmaster concept etc., but these are all just general statements of experience not intended to reflect on your product, which I have zero experience with anyway

Testing Your Midpipe
Just thought I'd ask...
I'm on the track May 29th at Oregon Raceway Park. I'll be running my modified supercat midpipe, but I think I may kill it on the track. So, you want me to test your prototype at the track?
If not, thats OK. I may just cut the cat out of my midpipe for this event.
