Best price for Koyo?

Just wondering if anyone has a link or know where the best price is for the Koyo radiator for the 8?

Also if anyone knows, any real different between the Koyo and the PWR radiator for our cars?

http://www.cklmotorsport.com/ is pretty good. He doesn't have it listed on his site but shoot him an email and he can get you a quote. Less risky than ebay in most cases.

I haven't heard much about the PWR rad- mostly because it's around $100-$150 more than the Koyo, and Koyo makes a solid stuff.

I got my All aluminum for 340 shipped to my door, from ebay.

Theres a new version of all copper Radiator from Koyo, just saw it in Hong Kong's Option Magazine. it probably weight a bit more, but im pretty sure it can cool much much better than the already pretty good Aluminum Koyo Rad.

Can't speak for the M/T but KOYO only makes one for the A/T. There is mention of a new style/material that will be released soon but in a A/T this was all I could find.

You might want to check that link I posted. The price will surprise you - it's the same part number as the regular e-bay model.

yeah I wonder about that $145 price tag. That is half the price of anywhere else or better. I would be suspect if it is genuine Koyo or stolen parts

I dont know if that is the same Koyo? The listing on Ebay says plastic/aluminum, when the other Koyo the $300+ one says all aluminum?

If you just want a REPLACEMENT use the cheap one .If you want to improve the cooling capacity use the expensive one

You are correct - I was searching for a A/T model and I was always given a "A2694" number for it by a local dealer, he told me that it was very hard to come by. I did not bother to check out the M/T model number, shame on me. I have a couple of shops looking for an A/T Koyo. As far as the plastic goes, the radiators in the local shop have some plastic supporting structure so that did not bother me.

Well what you could consider is buying the Koyo V2695 and an air cooled A/T transmission cooler. You could have a set up which really keeps things cool.

Although when I was in Las Vegas 3 weeks ago it was 43C---tough on cars and humans!!

I already have an aftermarket trans cooler and am running out of spots to put them in the air flow, that is the reason I was looking for the a/t Koyo to keep it compact.

There are only three places consistently hotter than Vegas - Laughlin, Death Valley and Hell (please no flames, only meant as humor)

If someone is selling a koyo for $145 then its not a genuine part. That is below cost of any dealer or distributer.

1-800-Radiator

I actually work at this place and we sell Koyo's all day long. At first i thought koyo was just another company. but after delivering a Koyo radiator for a 1995 RX-7. i was in shock. the thing was so shiny and had such a nice welding job.

I'm not sure if it was a OEM spec replacement, or if it was a performance aftermarket. but it deeefinitely looked nice.

Try the place i work at 1-800-Radiator. If you live in the northern virginia area. say that "Michael Brown" sent yah
