Cat comes right off. 3 bolts up by the engine, two (on springs) in the rear by the catback. My exhaust gaskets weren't in good shape once I took them off (they were sticking to the pipe and I had to use a screwdriver to get it off, in the process they were damaged), your local dealer can get you a new set though if this happens to you.

I don't know how loud it would be with the MS exhaust, but on a borla it was too loud for me and I ended up removing the borla temporarily (since it sounds fine with the stock exhaust).

As always, a turbo will make your loud exhaust setup sound nicer

That BOV sounds crazy.

Doesnt sound too bad... my MS exhaust was pretty decent w/o the turbo, so Im hoping to get that noise back...

I must have heard about a 10 sound clips and they all sound the same to me! But... My own Swedish made Swedish quality midpipe with Ferrita race kat and 2.5" front silencer and with one rear sport silencer with 2.5" rear pipes sounds quite different becausse of much research and development i manage to let the Renesis engine sound like a deep tone chrisp 4 cylinder engine quite unique i can assure you! Video clips and sounds will be coming up in the next 2 weeks.

Vibration as in the pipe hitting a cross member? Or more like sheet metal rattle? I put an RP supercat on and if I hit a good bump, it will tap a cross member. I'll get around to fixing it some day. Also, between about 3-4k RPMs at good throttle, it has a little metal rattle to it that I might be able to get rid of as well.

The cat comes off but the springs can be a bitch if u don't have a lift. I was under the car on jack stands when I installed my midpipe and I had to wrestle the spring shocks/bolts for a bit. But that was w/o air tools.

The rattle may be there if you don't already have a hanger welded on. It could be bouncing around hitting things, sorry, dunno much about the b&b.

okay, I got the agency power system!! Sorry, not trying to jack this thread, but I get the same exact thing this guy is describing. My strongest rattling is 3.5 to 4 thousand rpm, that's when the metal actually starts to rattle...

I'm posting this cause I'm also running catless

i had a similar rattling issue with my B & B midpipe n RB exhaust........problem was the pipe was leanin on the cross member......which would cause the rattling noise, n u wont hear it once u get goin becuz all u hear is the exhaust......check that and also make sure all your hangers r put on........
