Is there anyone order anything from vivid racing ? I just order a borla from them through ebay. after 5 days there is no one bidding on it. We got the deal and paid them 2 days later, they email us said borla not available for another 8 weeks at least. Do you think this is right ?

 

I don't think that is very good business at all. Get your $$ back and leave them bad feedback

 

they still email said have a slightly used available (other brand) and a B&B available , but for other price and b&b still need 10 days to available. Don't know how they do business ?

 

That's a horrible way to run a business. I say kindly ask for your money back and shop elsewhere. Nothing against Vivid, maybe it was a fluke thing but you shouldn't have to wait that long for an item that they were selling you.

I'm having my issues with them right now. I ordered Kyokugen lug nuts 2 months ago from them, first they made me wait weeks for them, then when I finally told them to send even open ended lug nuts, they sent me the wrong type, & then took a long time to pick them back up from me. it's been 2 months & they still haven't credited back my account.

 

I got a set of rotors and brake pads from Vivid without any trouble at all. Even the price was quite reasonable. All I can tell you about ordering on-line, in general, is that you should take your time, look around, and price is not the only thing upon which you should base your decision. When I shop it is not uncommon to take 30-60 days of looking around before I finally place an order. Contact Mike Huffman at Vivid. I am sure he will do all he can to make you happy. BTW, I bought my Borla from the RX8Store.com and Jason Baughman made sure everything was cool. Paid $600+/- for it and that was over a year ago.

I received my exhaust today! Everything seems to be in good order, the Expelir Exhaust looks great, I look forward to getting it installed right away. Will give an update on that, I hope it fits well with my MSpeed Kit!
