There is a thread dedicated to ebay exhausts in the s1 forum. Just know that you will need some adjustable hangers that are usually used for the exhaust to clear bodykits. Any s1(04-08) exhaust will need them to fit on an s2(09-2011) rx8.

 

Personally, I would stay away from eBay exhausts and save a bit more cash for Greddy Sp2. I've seen them go for about $650-700 which isn't too much more but extremely higher build quality and amazing tone. I think there is a sale on AP Exhausts for around $500 somewhere, I forgot who...

Idk what you are saying because I have an 05 and it says it would've fit 04-08 but I purchased a different system anyway
