RX8ME05

Hey guys, I just purchased my rx-8 little under a month ago and i'm very happy with it! This car does thing no other car could do...(Thats not $150,000 ;-)) Well anyhow, I also own a 2000 Eclipse and it's pretty fixed up, but I have all kinds of hell with it since I never really did my homework on looking for parts. So I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for best bang for the buck.

So far I've picked either the B&B Exhaust or the Greddy SP2 Exhaust for my first mods (Rx-8 is way quiet!) I love import sounds, nothing sounds better but what would be a good exhaust to slap on it? Or I also was considering just to remove the cat and put in a Race Pipe. Since really, thats where your going to get the power from. So if anyone has any suggestions or recommend something else let me know. Income tax check is comming in soon and I gotta make my car roar! Let me know if y'all have any suggestions.

Some kind of cat-back exhaust is probably your best bang, but even then it is just for the sound - the power increase if any, would be tiny.

Don't bother with the race pipe, again, only a couple of horses, and then your right back in Eclipse-land, your Check Engine Light will be your constant companion! Nobody has managed to fool the sensor for long, so far.
