AEM / K&N or MS intake which one?
well if you want most power you can either go AEM or MS. they are teh SAME exact intakes except taht you will void your warranty with AEM and the MS wont void your warranty.
if you want a suttle bit quiter intake, you can go revi. a lot of people like it so depends on what you like.
overall, i would say that you should go for AEM. the sound of that intake is awesome!! even more wen you hit 7k!!

no one has the answer to this question because no-one has done scienticic testing to show which is best . So the 'best' one is whatever the person posting has .
I'm gunna say remove 1 screen bebore maf + K&N drop in + RB duct . Far & away the best

the way i see it.. you recieve what 4-5 hp max form an intake... well why not spend as littel as possible on the intake and buy somethign that will provide true benefits... like sway bars, or something... trust me its the best idea
Ok so if I wanted the MS intake which is just as good as the AEM, would it be about the same price, or would I save money by doing the Drop in filter with all the custom work? I mean they both have the same HP gains just one is more silent right? Sorry but I have been in Iraq right after I bought my 8 so no mods yet and I want to know whats best!
I have the k&n Typhoon 2 and its quite loud when you accelerate harshly but quite quiet when you play nice with the pedals.
As for gain, I feel that it starts to kick in at the 4k mark and leaves the stock airbox in the dust. Next is a RAM!
