No, and maybe. You'll probably just end up butchering your MAF/IAT harness looking for the right wires to splice into, just to find out the RX8's ECU won't be fooled by a simple resistor.

 

I remember there was a thread already about this. It is basically a 10 cents resistor (as the auction says) which messes up the IAT sensor reading and makes the car run more rich. The consensus was that if anything, it will make your car run slower - and waste gas.
Have not tried it myself though and I never will...

isnt the cazoomer (i know little about cars) a speed chip because lots of people use them and say they work

 

No, a Canzoomer is a programmable piggy-back ECU. No magic there, no mystery about how or why it does what it does.
