Those Rubber Plugs can be pulled out and all the intake valves re installed and the gears as well.

I don't think so, I believe they were thrown out with most of the inside wiring harness and the lower plastic intake piece I cut and did not use. I would have to dig in my garage for em, I might also only have one valve diaphragm as well...
