Hey I noticed there are at least 10 RX-8 running around Ft. Bragg / Fayetteville area!

I have a Black RX-8 Grand Touring with tented windows. No logos or anything special other than the ACT flywheel and Heavy duty racing clutch.

I bumped into a few of the 8 owners around here and they seem pretty interseted in meeting up, but don't have a place around FAY to do it.

 

we should all meet up, imo.

 

I seem to pass by other RXs on a near daily basis, especially one CWP that looks eerily similar to mine and is frequently WT Harris blvd.

Would any of you care to meet at this Saturday's Cars & Coffee @ Northlake Mall? I was at last months gathering and a little surprised to have the only 8 there considering how many S2K and 350s were present. I know Charlotte RX8 club tends to meet at BWW later in the day but I'm usually at work and can't attend (in fact i'll be working this saturday too so I'll be at the Mall around 8am - 9am).

the thing about fayetteville is you meet up in one location and u get kicked out and it's an ongoing cycle. reasons are littering, burnouts, revving of engines, people racing in plain view of the locations, donks/ ricers blasting music, or wanna be drifters. I could go on and on but thank god the track opens up this Friday, Freaky Fridays are back woot! Oh hai guyz it's been a while. im looking for a few ppl to get some photography work done no charge to you just a couple mins of your time. Im in Raleigh and also Im in Fayetteville so I'd pm me if you want some shots some work I've done not car related shooting but still photography.

hey guys! i wanted to introduce myself. My name is Dustin and i just recently purchased my second RX-8. i have been reading on here to see when you all meet up cause i would enjoy getting to meet some of you, and get your input on the best places to take the 8 to get worked on for various issues.

one issue in particular i wanted to take care of before it causes my problems is to remove the stock clutch bracket and get additional welds on for support (it has been squeaking). any ideas as to a quality but reasonable priced shop?

the clutch issue would be better solved with the support bracket from fluid motorsports. pm me if you want one

Just wanted to let everyone know there is an AutoX coming up on April 26th. I'm not sure who all is interested but just wanted to try and get some more 8's out there, it's at knights stadium in Fort Mill.

I'll be there, missed last months and haven't stopped thinking about it since . are helmets required, if so do I need to bring my own?
