Sept. 26th, 2004 - MRCCAL 2nd Annual BBQ/Cookout at BNR Supercar.. Everyone welcome!!

Sept 26th, 2004 - Sunday 11AM to sunset
Everyone one are welcome to come to this event.. Last year we had well over 20 cars from AL and GA.. Hope to have bigger crowd this year than last... and few TN 7 owners were interested in this year's BBQ/Cookout.
Please post here and let me know who's coming!

Greetings MRCCAL!
We will be having our 2nd annual BBQ/cookout at BNR Super cars in Birmingham on Sunday September 26th. Everyone is invited. We ask that everyone who will attend give at least a $5 donation to cover food and other expenses. Also, if you would like to bring a food dish or other items to assist with the cookout, please email me mrccal@hotmail.com with the item you plan to bring. We will meet at 11 AM and eat, drive and be merry till everyone pack up and head home (around sunset). We will begin with the BBQ along with a tour of BNR, socializing/tech talk and good music and after everyone has had their fill, take a “spirited” drive through some twisty back roads of the area. I thing John (20B 3rd gen) discovered a really good stretch a while back, plus we’ll hit a few other areas. To aide us in our little journey, we ask that all who own 2-way radios (walkie-talkies) please bring them to communicate with others who might become separated from the group during the drive.
The address for BNR Super cars: 393 Coupland Rd., Branchville, AL 35120. You can use Map quest to get detailed direction from your location. For those coming from outside of the Birmingham area, who would like to organize a caravan from your city, please email me mrccal@hotmail.com with your name, location, and contact info and I will compile a list for everyone to sign up. Last year we had about 20 cars (1st, 2nd, and 3rd gens) to attend, I hope we can have an even greater number this year. I hope everyone can join us for a day of fun. Till then, PEACE!
