AL Request with seat fitment

Hi, I used to own a 2004 Sport model back in 2008, it had the best seat I ever sat in a car, san the FR-S. I'm thinking about buying an RX-8 seat to put into my current car, the NB series Miata with a hardtop on it.
I've seen it done with a few pictures on the internet but I don't have any details of what were the issues if there was any.

So I'd like to ask for someone to help me see what will entail in real fitment issues by lending a passenger seat swap into my Miata. It shouldn't take too long for me to get measurements and see what I will have to do to make it fit. My biggest dread is the seat-belt pillars on the Miata. If those are totally in the way I will have to abandon the project or mutilate my car's seat pillars and put on racing harnesses.

Thank you for reading and please send me a PM if you have interest to help. I'm in Enterprise, AL and I'm pretty much free until the 31st Jan.
