In Florida.....on the East Coast but further up, so not familiar with Hallendale area too much. It's in Broward county so I know there are!
Sorry! Did you try a google search?

Hallandale doesn't really have a race track for cars. You can either go to Moroso Motorsports Complex, that's in Jupiter about a 45 min drive North. Or you can go to Opa-Locka West Airport they made a strip there but i believe it's less than a 1/4 mile and it's just for runs.

im in hollywood, a few blocks north of hallandale, the closest track i think is a 1/8 mile track i forgot what its called, its like county line somethin, i dunno...i dunno how fast your 8 is, but a 1/8 mile isnt too bad a track...i never personally ran that particular track tho. There is the moroso track which is bout an hour and change north of hallandale...no real permanent autox tracks that i can think of...if you are into street racing there is US-27 where alot of guys meet up at, i havent raced but its "ok" just to chill for an hour or two....there is also towers which is just a plazaa parking lot where alot of people meet up just to chill...

For a track in broward you can go to US 27 just south of Pines its an 1/8 of a mile, an old airport strip made into a race track...its prety cool. Lots of Evo's and 350z's go out there. If you want to street race there is a couple of local spots i know of on wednesday and thursday nights..let me know if you wanna hit those up in a PM. If you just wanna see what its like there is Tower Shoppes on Friday Night thats on University and 595. There really isnt anything in Hallandale its all round it.
