Arrow Places to go for aftermarket work in Raleigh, NC area?

I am looking for a good place in teh Raleigh NC area for aftermarket work such as Supercharger or Turbo install, tuning, dyno, etc for my RX-8 in the Raleigh NC area. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I remember this coming up one time before but I cant remember the answers. I searched the 7 fourm, as they have beaten this around many times, and found this: http://www.rx7club.com/search.php?searchid=1247350
I hope that helps you! By, the way, you should come by the meets sometime.

Try Happy Jap's in Cary. The owner races an older RX-7 and is/was a member of the Triangle Z club. I had HappyJaps install my Racing Beat Aluminum flywheell into my RX-8 ~ 1 year ago and they did a good job. The labor rate is bearable too.

"Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms."

Thanks for trying but that's what the link tells me.

I am swamped with work or I would be browsing around looking for the "meets" Unfortunately, until my workload gets lighter it's just nose to the grindstone.

Unfortunately, it looks like they use a caching search system.

ie. - if I don't visit within their window that it's cached I don't get to see it.

It's okay, I am not in a great hurry, I just landed a big contract and I am trying to start the search now as I realize it will take time to find people I trust. I have to actually do the work before I can spend the money though.

A few of our club members make the trip out to P1Auto in charlotte for their rx7's. What kind of tuning are you looking for? Some shops specialize, where one might be best for Greddy/Emanage, and another might be better for Apex/PFC.

If you're looking for some dyno time, we have a dyno day planned at Haywood Custom Speed, and we've had good experiences in the past at Carolina AutoMasters.

You may want to ask this question on the Mazda Sportscar Club of NC forum @ www.msccnc.com/forum Lots of raleigh folks over there to help out.
