New to Nashville!
Hey everyone, Im from the Chicago area, but I am moving to Nashville Tennessee in September to go to Nashville Auto-Diesel College (NADC). Im 20 years old and I dont know anyone down there. So i was wondering if there are some fellow RX8 owners from around there. Please post up and let me know. I would like to meet some new people and go to some meets while im down there.
Thanks,
Nick

Good luck.... a few owners around the area, but very few try to get together...I live in Hopkinsville,KY.. about an hour away. I would drive to a meet if it was at a time that I could come. Most owners around here have no idea what they are driving.

I drive to huntsville to meet with club members from tvrx8.org. Its alot of fun and if we can get more people coming from nashville we could get more of them to drive closer to nashville. A few come to events in nashville and we also go out of town.
I just got back from zoomfest in georgia. There is only a few of us that REALLY go to everything but we are always looking for more.
We have a show in my town (Lavergne) on the 25th that some are coming up for and we have monthly meetings. We also have random drive outs or mod parties. I am actually planning a campout in kentucky for everyone. Its alot of fun.

Hey man so welcome to nashville adult day care. I've been going to the school since oct. All I have to say is if your living on campus get a car cover as its not in the best area.

Window tiint is pretty similar to any other states.. no reflective tint and must let in 35+.
Also, Nashville and several other counties require emission. So, if you have a mid pipe, you might want to put a stock cat back on... I guess that's if you are going to be a TN resident.
Since you are much younger than I, I think you'll find more guys to hangout on this forum..

Good luck and also make it out to my event next April!! DGRR is one of the largest rotary event in USA.. and only 3 hours from Nashville... over 150 rotary cars show every year!!

Sweet glad to hear you got moved in. There's a show that you can go to in Murfreesboro on fridays i think. That is about 35- 40 min away from nashville. Some people from here go there.

I would say 5~6. We tend to park together. Usually only 1~2 RX8's other than me. We should all get together one night and just shoot the ****. The Middle TN rotary club has been a little inactive for the last 6 months or more, so we can always do something on our own.
I'll send you guys my number.
