Need allignment shop in Miami...
I'm looking for some suggestions on where to take my 8 to get alligned. I dropped off my car at the dealer this morning (Potamkin) for its first oil change and to have an allignment done only to have them call me and say that the car is too low to fit on their ramp. Their reason is that the "aftermarket silencer" a.k.a. my B&B exhaust was too low and would scrape on the ground when trying to get the car on their lift. I have Tanabe NF springs on the car BTW.
I've used Miami Chassis off of N.W. 27th ave before and they did a good job on my lowered 300Z, but was just wondering if there were any other places I could take the 8 to. I'm kind of nervous about taking it anywhere now because I don't want anyone to damage my new wheels (Axis Hiro's).
Thanks,
Rob

I went to the Alignment Factory today to get my car done. Guy there seems to know his stuff, although he's pretty full of himself. Car feels real sharp now though.

I've heard several good things about Ken at the alignment factory and actually turned Yuri on to him... Though I haven't used him yet, I drove Yuri's car right after and the car felt much better. My next alignment will be done there.

What other indications are there to indicate your car needs an alignment besides pulling to the left or right? Mine makes a worble-like noise on the highway, but I'm not sure if I just haven't noticed it due to the stereo. Mybae a tire out of balance as well...

Just called him and left a message. I'll give him a call tomorrow during business hours and set something up. Thanks for the contact guys. Don't know what I'd do without this forum.

for the record, I didn't need an alignment. I did one to improve the handling of the car for AutoX and track use. I think Midas charges around $40 for one to Factory Specs.
The alignment factory does a performance alignment for about $90 and the other place I used to do the alignments at charged $100

Yeah, he'll tell you all about how he only does alignments, and he knows this and he knows that and bla bla bla. But the car does feel much better to be honest.
