If you aren't familiar with the track, I'd recommend viewing some of the in-car videos Silver8 has on his web page. There are several of Nabil and me. It'll give you an idea of the track layout and how to enter/exit turns.

According to Julie, The NASA contract states we have total access at 5:00. I was thinking about showing up around 4:00. I'm hoping to scope out the turn one versus the turn 10a-b campsites......

And yes, 6 am all hands will suck, at least all hands for Sunday is not so bad.

Howdy gang, I have the school tape from road atl that Nabil has seen. It sure is a great refresher or 1rst day of school if you've not done it before. I am willing to loan it if someone wants to pick it up from me at the shop.

On another note, I will email those of you whose addresses I have a little clip I got today that will blow you completely away. I don't have access to it here at home so you will have to lie awake tonight wondering what it is. I was at this event and saw it happen and had forgotten about it until now but I promise it will blow you away! IT'S NOT ****!!!!!!!!

other than that, I think we have it all covered and then some. Kinda like Barber's food fest..... .

If you guys run across any more of our RX group, please invite them for the festivites Friday and/or Saturday night. I'll be inviting the NASA folks (20 or so of them) that want to come as well. I figure we'll probably start getting tanked, I mean cranked, around 7:00-7:30ish until.......We'll be set up either in turn one or turn 10a-11....

If you guys will PM me cell #'s, I'll let you know where we end up and if I forgot any of the last minute stuff that you may be able to pick up on the way out.
