Yes, she has done a great job. I forgot to tell you to have your volume turned up. We need to get back on topic.

Yes, I am looking forward to a great time at CMP and seeing everyone again. Hopefully, the weather will be great.

Thanks, I will be glad to have some RX8 drivers around, you know safety in numbers. It looks like there will be a good crowd there.

Thought I would throw in here and say that I am coming down from Charlotte for this one. It will be my first event ever. After seeing TA's videos I just had to give it a try. Not really sure what to expect but it looks like tons of fun!

Congrats. Looking forward to meeting you. Some of us will get to the track at around 6pm - 7pm on Friday to do our tech inspection. You should read up about HPDE on the NASA site.
You will have a blast. The 8 is an amazing car and you will be surprised by it even if you have driven fast on the street or on twisty roads.
We have a terrific time hanging out together as well. I have made life long friends through this website and the activities of the Georgia RX8 Club. Track days are just an excuse to be with good friends.
Welcome to the party!

Are you registered? If so, I'll add you to our list. Make sure what your number will be and get one set for each side of the car at 8" or taller and that they contrast the car color. Look for the GA RX-8 club Easy-Up and join the group. We are easy to find because we will be hanging with the ROAR group.

I'm planning on coming down Friday evening around that same time to get teched. I figured that would take some of the pressure off of Saturday morning since I'm a newbie and won't know what he heck is going on at first.

OnRails, look forward to meeting you. You will have a blast, and will most likely get hooked into this addicting hobby we call tracking. It is a lot of fun, and the 8 is set up great for it. Make sure you find us, you are more than welcome to hang out with us, we always welcome fellow 8'ers, and sometimes non 8'ers into our little clan.

I am excited as well. I have a new fuel pump installed so I hope my left turns can be as fast as my right turns. I still need to change my oil, bleed my brakes, and put a wrench to all the bolts under the car to make sure they are nicely snug.

I am sooo ready to get back on track, it has been way too long. Tragically neither one of the race cars will be ready from the beating they took at Daytona. I will have to bring the old gray one. I hope I will be able to keep up with everyone. See you there.

If Rob has an extra sticker, I'll attach one somewhere on the 7. I don't want to make the team look bad though...

Lego - you will be 10X faster if you take all the stereo equipment out of the 7! that stuff probably weights 100+#!!! Have you tired to haul an extra set of tires yet in the 7?

I wish I could go, yet my car is still in pieces right now, so I will have to wait until RA in March.

The stereo equipmen is coming out this week. And yes, I can fit a full set of 225-45-13's across the back of the RX-7, or else I could before the roll bars went in. I'm towing it to the track, so it won't be a problem.

It won't be as fast and powerful as I'm used to, but it'll be fun as hell throwing that thing around the track! I figure I'll learn more about it at CMP, modify more before RoadA, then learn more, then modify more.
