MS shocks and springs installed in SoFla?

I'm thinking about getting the MazdaSpeed shocks and springs installed. I have never got anything like this done to a car before. Any good, trustworthy places to go in South Florida?

Try www.dynamicturbo.com they are in the Doral area. They sponsor Alex Cisneros so they have to be good. :D

Thanks lourx8. Here is a dumb question: Who is Alex Cisneros? Has anyone else in SoFla taken their car here?

Take it to dynamic I know a couple of guys that use them and they seem pretty happy... or talk to cortc and see if he can hook you up with his guy at bird road mazda.

Alex is a boardmember, do a search for his tag and you'll see.

OK guys, thanks for the info. I went to their website and briefly looked around. It didn't look like they did any installs. I have to go back and look closer...

Speak to Jose Piñero at Dynamic turbo. The number is 305-593-6160.

They install and custom fabricate too. They do not carry Mazdaspeed however. Your best bet is going through either Trussville Mazda or Rosenthal Mazda (both can be linked to from this site.)

That I know of, Carlos (cortc) and John (paradigm) are near you and have the MS springs and shocks installed.

Hope this helps,

Alex

Thanks Alex, that does help. Do you three guys ever come up to the tower shops on Friday nights? I would love to see a car with the MS springs and shocks installed in person...

I used to, but my work schedule keeps me from going to towers now. I wonder if perhaps another meet at the davie ale house might be in order soon.

I usually go about twice a month. I haven't been there yet when there was more than one or two 8's. I'll keep an eye on the forum so I can meet up with you guys next time.

I think I saw on another of your posts that you were interested in the MS shocks/springs because you wanted to keep your warranty intact. If thats the case then you'll need to have them installed by a Mazda dealer in order to keep the warranty. I use Bird Road (Potamkin) Mazda, based on cortc's recommendation, and because thats where I bought my car. They seem to know their way around the RX-8. Once I switch over to the MS shocks/springs ( I have Tanabe NF spring on now, installed by Dynamic), I'm going to take it to the dealer to have done.

good luck.

You know... changing the shocks and springs to aftermarket pieces (non MS) does not void the warranty on your car

...It only voids the warranty on the shock and spring (and consequent damage it may cause).

As far as I know, Mazda gives a limited warranty on MS parts. Personally, I'd save the money and have someone else install :D
