it is local to most of us, so i will be driving to the track both days.

The order form only allows one entry when you click the "add to cart" for your ticket. It takes you to a pay pal page you need to hit the back button to go back to the mitty page and click on the parking add to page then it will put both on your pay pal list. I'm sure they will catch a little flack about that not being obvious. It looks like you can only purchase one item.

Sure, we'll most likely bring my cheapo one and Ivan's (It's just like the club's) I guess we could bring the club's as well if we are expecting a bunch of folks.

 

I wonder if they will have a race that was half as exciting as the Mazda race last year.

 

well, Mazda is still the sponsor, so I would not be surprised if they do. I still need to get my tickets, I will be buying them next week. And if I am lucky,the car will appear a little different for the Mitty this year...

Ryan, I gave my N80 to my son and bought a D200. After seeing yours I had to have one.

 

Haha, pretty sweet huh? I better not let you use my Sigma 120-300mm f/2.8 lens ... unless you have some money burning a hole in your pocket.

I still owe you a few bucks btw, for that tent you bought last year.

 

I'd kill for a 2.8 300! The camera is always the cheep part of the purchase.

That be the clubs EZ-Up. Any acquired $$ go to the kitty.

 

If you want I'll let you play with this thing. You should try it Saturday so you can look at the pics before Sunday and let me know what you think. It's big, but not too big to hand-hold. I also have a 80-200/2.8 I can use, so it's no problem.

 

BTW - Bill from Grassroots told me this year the Tent Party is open to everyone. There's an aution that starts at 4pm Saturday, then the parts starts at 6pm ... they'll be selling food and beers there. So maybe we can all do that instead of going to dinner out Saturday night. Although I sure did like that sushi buffet last year!

Bill also told me there's a MX-5 cup race this year. Anything competitive is fun to watch.

 

Damn, I can't make it - sounds like a great weekend.

 

If I am able to make it out this year, it will only be for Sunday. It seems, that I failed to remember a family event on Saturday. So, I might try for Sunday, but don't know.

 

My GF and I will be traveling down for this; hopefully we'll run into you guys.
