I know of a few areas where we won't attract too much attention. As soon as we know the who and the when, we can decide the where.

 

Theres one road thats awesome near me, but thats pretty much far for everybody else, so you just tell me where to go to and I'm thee.

ok ok - I knew as soon as I mentioned party I was done for...I'm actually hosting a 50th birthday party for a girlfriend - alot of people I don't know - lol - there's always room for a few more. March 20th - no good at all for me - have a morning, noon and night commitment .... March 21st might be okay - next Sunday. I'm up for some March madness games - where and when? Do I dare say I have a new 47" HDTV and surround sound system too? Have a great Monday - which it was Friday again.

Can you beleive it? My mom was suposed to be coming down from Philly to visit me the 27th, has just informed me I'm crazy and that she told me she was coming the 20th.

She's full of it, but what can I say, dont drive 20 hours to see me? So I'm afraid I wont be able to go the day I suggested we go. Sheesh.

Is there anywhere on this forum where I could see the service bulletins that have come out on the RX-8? I'm getting ready to bring it in for it's first oil change and some other minor checkouts and I want to know what they're supposed to do for me. Someone told me that the RX8 is not performing up to it's advertised specifications (something in MotorTrend or Car and something or other in December) and that if you complain it's not meeting specs that you can get up to $500 or that Mazda will even take back the vehicle.....can this be true?

 

The buyback offer, and the $500 + free maintenance offer ended a while ago. The car IS PERFORMING TO SPECIFICATIONS. There seems to have been a bit of confusion as to the horsepower though. However all of the figures that you can read in the magazines are still true.


There is a sticky thread in the tech garage forum that has a link to all of the TSB's and recall info.


Oh, and make sure you check your oil before you leave the dealership, just in case they overfill. I only say it because it's happened before........



And Genom. Let me know when you're gonna be free. I'd love to get in some runs with your g-tech, if you wouldn't mind. Hell I'll even come to you!. :D

The mall is on the corner of forest hill and 441. The barnes & noble itself is on the south side (meaning right on forest hill), and just a little west of 441.


I believe forest hill westbound is closed from I95 to congress, so consider an alternate route.

 

I am in if we can get at least 3 or 4........ looks like it is just you and me for now. I will check in to see if more chime in. Otherwise, we might be best served to get a larger group.
