I'll be there...prolly the last time with my IS300, lease is up. God willing I will be running my IS350 afterwards. Though most likely, I will be slower in that car, even with the 100hp advantage. Its a bigger and heavier car.

The Azenis look sweet...did you get them the same size as the Kuhmos you were running before?

Lou: Yes I did wear out the KDW's. Word of warning. The're great when the're new, but after about 15k miles traction was SEVERELY compromised. I probably will not be buying them again. It's a long story, so send a PM if you want the full details. I'm running the ecsta MX now.

Alex: I LOVE the Revi with the ram air duct. It is everything the K & N is not. That intake was giving me big problems with the last PCM update. I actually had to do a bit of a custom install with the RB intake because I threw out the stock rubber intake hose. DUH! Anyways I ended up cutting the K & N pipe to the right length and clamped the s*** out of it since it's a slightly smaller diameter. It fits, it works great, and it's custom!

interesting that we never get too many people in this forum involved with events (me included) but in the 7 forum you even managed to get 8's to come out


get them to come out and autocross!!!

 

We are all going out to Homestead Speedway for March 25 & 26th so we can get as many Mazdas ... for the one lap on the track... we are building it up.

 

My car will not be ready for this autox The good news is that it may be ready by next weekend Woooohhoooo!

 

WHAT A GREAT COURSE!!! Besides the extra crispy farmer's tan I got, this was a GREAT course. The event had a few hiccups, but overall very great.

You should have seen this one RX8 and one RX7 that was there... Man could they drive! The one RX8 was running in STU against some very tough competition... Unfortunately the one RX8 came in 5th, but it was also the least modified.

The one RX7 was very fast (it was an ITS car with a hell of a driver)...

It was pretty cool, these two rotaries were very nice... of course... there were no others to compare them too...
