I hope everyone has fun, I am just saying that while it looks good online, I honestly think its pretty pathetic in person. The track is the most narrow course that WERA (motorcycle racing league) use...if its narrow by motorcycle standards, imagine how it is for cars. On a wide track like RA, if you over shoot an apex and go wide, you still have pavement...at GPR, you're off the track. Again, this is just my opinion, but I am just giving a heads up to people. I don't wanna scare anyone off from not going, but I don't want someone's experience on this course to shy them away from other tracks.
Thank God you came along and set us all straight. Thanks!!!
I hope it is just me, but opentrackers chat is not working for me. can not find server. hope it starts working by 9 tonight.
EDIT: ok, now it seems to be working, !@#$%^&* firefox.

back to the possible coil problem-- how will the warrenty cover if the car is seemingly running well. What are the magic words needed and how can the problem be demonstrated? I doubt they will replace the coils because of a irratic line on a dyno. Not trying to be a smart *** here just looking for a way to get this done. My car has a little over 29K on it.
I wonder why they placed the coils where they did? Nothing but hot air blows on them and it is hot on that engine anyway. At one point CZ was thinking of building a heat shield for them.
Charlie --how can this problem be presented to a dealership?
Hope yall have a good time this w/e!
Got my track tires mounted on my track wheels today--total weight of a wheel (includes lug nuts) was 38lb. I will accept that!

, or so we tell them. I am going to try to get it done after I re-dyno the car on the 4th. If the graph is still as jittery as a kid needing his ritalin, then I will take it back in to Jim Ellis, and talk to Charlie's buddy over there. I will see what happens. At least they are not costly, and if they are toast, and Mazda won't replace them, then I will support Charlie and his guys at Mazcare, and get Boo all wound up for an afternoon. I don't want to get on track and have hesistation, the back straight at RA is way too much fun for that.
Got it --thanks yall. I guess while I pull the air intake to get to them(just to check them) I will clean that air filter in the REVI. Has anyone cleaned theirs yet?

the driving won't be, the standing between sessions will be. and it is hard to charge a camera up between sessions, when it is raining. either way, no matter what is said, I am going to have fun, and no one, or nothing will stop me.
