Anyone watch the Rolex from Mid-Ohio yesterday on Speed! Man, that BMW had wings when he crashed on that last lap. The Pontiac really pissed me off. He could not get around the BMW. He kept trying, bumping, nudging... then he sent him flying. Really pissed me off. Glad the driver was OK. Six or seven end over ends was a wild ride. Two end overs in mid air.

JUST DAMN!

 

I am pissed too, because I thought I had it set to record on my DVR...and didn't. So I did not get to watch it.

 

Didn't record the race but I did record the replay of the wreck! I get pissed everytime I watch it. Damn Pontiac

Is that kind of like a Drool Bucket or a box of Depends? I'm a certified AARP member so being over 50 is not an issue. Hummmmm, wonder if AARP members get a discount at NASA?

 

maybe, but only because they expect that you will miss a session or two, because you got lost, forgot to show up, or had a bodily excretion malfunction.

Just bought my tickets.. i've request for 2 coral passes.. my 2nd FD might be ready by then..

Also, I found out that my engine builder's son will be racing at this event in the kart racing.. I believe he's ranked pretty high..

 

I'd love to watch the karts! When are they running?

 

the karts practice at 8:00 am saturday, and race on sunday. I attached the weekend schedule of events.

 

Damn -- one of those very few times I wish I was older!

Ok, I didn't read the whole thread, so are the RX-7's getting Car Corral passes?? Or is that just for the 8 guys??

 

RX-7s can also get the corral passes. All we ask is that you post up how many tickets you are buying/how many cars/what type of car.
