I think the RX-7 caravan from Tampa might get there a bit early. We're leaving Tampa around 9 am. Will try to drive slow lol.

I think its been posted by Jerry on both the RX7 forum and this RX8 forum....jerry, FDrey and the others setting up arnt even gonna get there till about 11ish am. If you do leave that early, stop for gas, take the long way or soemthing cuase there are suddenly 20 cars showing up when the spots are still getting roped off,ect...it could be a mess.

Id say leave at 10, but ultimately "The Power is Yours" -capt. planet.

It usually takes about 2 hours to leave from tampa...so i think they'll be ok if they do leave at 9. plus if they're only meeting @ 9, that means they'll leave around 930. if they go the speed limit and such, they'll be on time. Not to mention, we DO drive rotaries...we HAVE to get gas offton. LOL!

depending on where in tampa, youd have to try hard to make it in more than 90 minutes. I4 is now 6 lanes most of the way

I will only be there for an hour as my fiance forgot to mention that the wedding shower is this Saturday at 1 and i have to be there. Yeah for me but I will at least be able to catch up with the ones that showed to Best Buy last time.

I hope it is. I think it's all going to depend on what happens over the next 48-72 hours before it's path is more definative. I just noticed that current forecasts catagorize it as a tropical storm when it gets over Florida but becomes a hurricane once it enters the gulf.
