"Dyno-ing" is the act of putting a car on a dynometer...

A Dynometer measures torque and horsepower at the wheels by moving a known mass (the rollers) to different speeds. It uses mathematical equations to give us torque and horsepower numbers and a nice graph.

Music is organized sound presented in a harmonious fashion and often used as entertainment via an audio transmission.

Ok...Titan is so not getting back to me...eddie, are the rx7 guys getting any place with them!?

Everybody check back tomrrow night for all the final details. I'm going to do some "detective" work and get it all done.

I don't think we really need music due to the fact that we're all going to be talking and what not. but thats just IMO. (plus we all have CD players if we really need it...)

Oh, and due to my GREAT schedualing...I managed to put this on the day of my senior prom..haha! It's ok though b/c I'm actually in college (duel enrolled) and i didn't want to go anyways. My best friend looks at me and goes, "You would choose some stupid car **** over your SENIOR PROM!?" "uhh...yea...Why would i want to go some place that i can dance and get drunk when i can be around a ton of other people that share a common intrest and love and have the best day!" "because it's your senior prom! You're an idiot...." "Maybe so, but I would choose cars over a dress anyday!"

HAHA rock on, Morgan! I didn't go to my prom either. This in spite of three girls that were thirsty...had to tell em no (shrug) oh well. You made the right choice. we'll make sure you won't regret kickin it with us...and hey, you just might make it back in time for the after parties to get wasted anyway! :D

But to get back on point...
I've recently been appointed bowling coordinator (thanks morgan hehe) and would like to know how many are down for it. I know it was mentioned several pages ago, but I'm trying to get a more definitive response from yall.

So let me know if you're comin bowling, and give me suggestions for when we're going. The meet starts at 10 if i'm not mistaken. Titan doesn't look too good, so i'm gonna factor them out for now. That means we're lookin at 10am plus chillin', BBQ-ing, and picture taking later...what time would that be?

I'll be looking around for alleys, but it looks like the only contender is Boardwalk bowl off of Colonial. It's pretty close to the park, and has a big lot (it's within a shopping plaza). I'll call up boardwalk to see if we can get a special rate, too.

Other than that, just chime in if you plan on bowling, and maybe if you've got some suggestions for other plans/activities or whatever.

im in for bowling.

the plan now is meet, cruise, dinner, cruise, bowling.

i think cruising is cool, so we can get some cool pics/video as well as make people say things like "wow" and "what the hell?". anyway, it's not totally necessary that all three destinations be too close.

I'm gain for bowling if ya'll are. So Blanchard is definite? I'll update the website tonight and take any mention of Titan down. Is someone keeping the RX7 boys and their forum informed?

And is the bar-b-que point-of-contact, hosted by the MRCCFL being updated with the new location?

Morgan, don't sweat missing the prom....I skipped mine too. We opted to head straight for the beach instead. Back then, Jax still had sand dunes, so we went a ways back and pitched a tent in the approaching darkness. It was a very romantical night...(wink wink). The only thing that sucked was these rednecks that kept driving their 4-wheel drive vehicles right up to the tent door. I was just a kid and even though I acted tough, was pretty scared.

The next morning we discovered we had pitched the tent ON the only dirt road that headed down the beach during high tide. I felt like an idiot.

See everyone there!!

p.s. Found another picture of Morgan. That gurly gurl gets around.....

OK...I'm calling the park tomrrow to make sure. epitrochoid and strong bad love me enough that they will go to the park an hour early to mark off enough spots for all of us.... I LOVE YOU TWO!!

After the majority of the meet, we're doing a cruise to a place to eat some dinna...then we're going to go bowling after that..So we need to figure out where we want to eat, then we can find a bowling place near by...

Razpewton: Where did you find another picture of me?? I can't see the image you att. b/c my computer is being gay today... I just end up every place..i swear! hehe. also, i'm not worried about prom..i could care less about that..i hate dress's..lol

Well Im not sure if I'll be able to stay for bowling but I'll def be there most of the day. Has anyone seen that slick *** camera that vivid has for sale you can stick to your window? Thatd be PIMP to have for the cruises. Im tempted to buy it. $400, but worth every penny if you ask me. I'll have to see in the next week or so but looks like I could probably get it by the 24th. The cruise part is going to be the funnest part of the day if you ask me. Just picture about 45 rotaries cruising around... should be SWEET!!

Sorry you won't be able to come out, ScudRunner...we'll miss you out there.

But hey, big time props to you for serving our country. I appreciate what you and the other U.S. armed forces do for us civilians...

We shall have pics-o-plenty (hopefully somebody will take and post some videos too) for you when we get back! See ya...

I will be deploying next month, so I know how it goes, but I can tell you that my time in the Air Force has been the best 15+ years! Thank you for serving with me, and good luck on your TDY.

Vittles

Whatever happened to the bar-b-que catering by the MRCCFL at about $5 a person? Did I miss something? Will they only do us if we're at Titan?
