Like the title says, figured i would post it up to get more exposure and try and build more interest.

$10 to watch

if you dont have a helmet you can borrow one for free, you just need to leave them your license and when your done for the day you give them the helmet and you get your license back.

We meet up at the McDonalds at Michigan and Osceola parkway around 8:15 then head over.

Autocross
The cost is $35 per car/driver and $10 for Spectators.

Rules

Our Basic Rules are as followed…

- Helmet is required for all drivers.
- Battery must be tied down.
- Interior must be clean of anything that might roll around and cause a distraction.
- Vehicle must be free of leaks and in SAFE working order.

Remember these are just the basic rules. During our drivers meeting you will get a more detailed set of instructions to follow.


Doesnt say any thing about a age requirement so I think your good.

 

Yeah, I looked all over the site and didn't see anything, but I feel that it's more more likely 18 and above, but at the very least I could at least just go and watch if they don't let me race.

 

I'm off and my car is back up and running so I plan on making this one. I was pissed when I couldn't make the last one.

Little update from another site...



So they are changing it up for this one.

They are going to do a mini time attack track.

Its going to be set up as a track so you will be doing 5 laps back to back.

Going to be pretty interesting.

 

Sweet sounds like fun, how tight is the coarse usually? Pretty much stay in first and second gear?

 

Ive only been once and they change the course every month.
But yeah it's mostly 1-2 gear and 3rd for a little on the short straight they had.

 

Weather is going to be nice.
High of 79 and a 20% chance of rain.

Same here, I only hate the fact that I'm going to be a zombie due to the lack of sleep to make this event.

 

Same here, definitely planning on going but I don't get off work until 1 or 2 tonight. Going to be tons of fun tomorrow, though!



And even if they don't let me race for being underage, at least I can watch you guys.

 

Not making this one either it's looking like, had to turn around on my way there, wife is sick. My luck really sucks, second event that I couldn't make when I got the time off to go

 

Same here... School just called and they need me in at 9:00 for something...

 

Had a good time, only downside was to many people showed up which lead to only getting two runs.
Next time they are going to have a cap on the amount of cars (30-35) we had like 55.
