I think I can make it up there. Good reason to visit the parents. I'm sure they will appreciate it too!

I have penciled it in, here are a few Ideas.

1. I like the idea of Jillians at Concord Mills. Right off 85, easy access for everyone, plus plenty of ammenities for everyone.
2. Carolina Place Mall would be another consideration.
3. Lake Norman State Park, although each person would have to pay an entry fee.
4. One of the parking lots at Lowe's Motor Speedway, to bad we could not get an open track day :-)
5. Possibly the Hooters right there by Concord Mills, wings and Dom for everyone.

If I think of anything else I will post it.

Let's keep an eye out for any NASA or SCCA events at Lowe's Motor Speedway. Those High Performance Driving Schools are amazing. NASA cancelled the one for this year, but there may be more. I recommend them. There's one at Road Atlanta in August. How about a Charlotte gang going down? OK, I know, I'm not part of the Charlotte gang, but I lived most of my life there so I'm a partial member.

I have it penciled in and plan to be there, just update the board as we get closer to the specific location and the confirmed time of day, 3p.m. will work for me.

That is a good point, Concord Mills is very odd that way, it would be a whole lot easier to get permission from the Hooters just on the other side of the Freeway.

I'm sure Hooters will let us meet there. Especially if you tell them that we'll be coming in and buying beer and wings afterwards. We may also attract a crowd for them.

I believe that there is one of those Quaker Steaks places in the same spot, a lot of car club have meetings there. I will leave it up to whodiddy though, Jillians and the concord mills would be a better spot.

yea letting someone know is a good idea some Supra guys had a meet up there a few months back, and they parked at the new dealership next to hooters/quaker stake and had the cops show up.
