Hi All,

Looking for feedback on any of the Charlotte, NC area Mazda dealers or a reputable rotary mechanic in the area.

I have an oil leak that I am fearing is a case seal. I'm going to try and locate it tonight but want to know if anyone has had trouble with the 8yr/100k warranty as far as getting an engine replaced, etc with any of the dealers...my 8 only has 40k on her; just want to go through the least amount of hassle necessary. I also have an extended warranty through a private company and they will pay whoever I take the car to, just wondering who exactly I should take her to.

Take it to Montgomery Mazda on Independence. They will take care of you there.

 

I actually spoke with the Service Manager there today and he sounded very knowledgeable and was very friendly...going to drop the car off there tomorrow evening.
