Does anyone have a dealership that they feel comfortable recommending for basic service in the Charlotte area? I live in Denver, so Charlotte, Gastonia, Hickory, Moorsevile, etc are within range.

Does anyone have a dealership that they would advise against?

I get parts from onlinemazdaparts.com which is Montgomery Mazda. The guy there, Jason Baggie is really awesome to deal with. I have not had my car serviced there but I would feel confident going there having met him and knowing he would support me even though he is a parts guy. Why don't you send him an email and ask him about their service dept...

 

I talked to the parts dept too...and ordered from them...very nice guys at Montgomery Mazda..

Really the best place is montgomery for small stuff and parts. I got screwed out of a transmission under warranty (1900 bucks) then they voided my warranty, but they are still better than the others.

Just come to the meet in asheville in a few weeks and ill change your oil for free or ask one of the other charlotte guys.
