I took it by the mazda dealer today because i know in a piston engine it usually means heads. But apparently in renesis condensation builds up in the dipstick and its just moisture that wont ever make it into the oil pan or harm the engine. had me scared for a lil lol. There is a vent system you can buy but the dude said its $$$$$ and he doesnt recommend it. So what im probably gonna do if its too cold outside after drivin for a while is open the oil lid and let it vent for a few minutes

 

yea i was looking around the forum and found some threads about the subject and aperently it's very common especially in cooler weather, so if you only start the car and it's not fully warm and drive for about 2-3 miles then turn it off that will cause it to build up more moisture faster. I'm doing my oil change this weekend so i checked the oil yesterday and boy a was worried i thought it might have been the apex seals. but after reading i am now more relived to know that it's not to big a deal. Well I am at Ft. Rucker, AL. Not exactly Pensacola, but its kinda close. Enterprise sucks. I usually end up in Panama City or Pensacola twice a month on the weekends. Any 8 owners at Rucker? I see one WB that has a nice CF Hood and Wing on post. FS student? Do you guys have regular meets down there in pcola?
