you are right about that. the problem is the "feet" vents are directly under the steering wheel and glove box so all they really do is "spray" the air and it does no good. the only thing to do is turn it all the way up and hope that is enough.

Bham rotorheads. Some of the 7 owners going to J&N's in Trussville for dinner (7PM). Anyone interested in going, please shoot me an email: herblenny@gmail.com

I'll get a table big enough for all of us.

Hey Screamin. I've been out a while too. Too many changes going on over the past month but I'm still kickin. I finally got my recall notice last week and took the 8 in. No problems with it. I runs like a champ.

Hi gang! Things are still ok over here in MS. However, "someone" I can't name, so we'll let her remain anonymous, lost one of the switchblade keys and house key........ on another note, here's a vote for traction and stability control -- while driving home from B'ham way too late last Thursday, my bride of 34+ years fell asleep when only 10 miles from home. When she woke up, the car was off the road right. Oversteered left, then nearly hit the guard rail, then back right, and so on till she remembered to brake. The car stopped quickly and straight. Luckily that late there was no other traffic (I-55). Now she's more in love with the car than ever.
Still running great, both before and after the recall.

Hey everybody! Long time no see. Glad to hear everyone is doing ok. Ron- sounds like the 8 pulled thru in a crunch. Glad your wife (and the 8) were ok.

Hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving next week. Be safe with any travels.

Sigh...it just keeps on. Let me know if anyone tries to sell you an inflation kit. Someone got in the 8 the other night while wife was working in B'ham and stole ours. Nothing else seems to be missing.

Its an early '04 mmats69. And yes it was the engine recall. I didn't think I'd ever get the notice. I guess it takes a while to get to everyone.

Hello all, I'm moving to Birmingham from Atlanta around xmas. Anyone know a good area to move to in Birmingham, i'm about to go looking for a place in a few weeks. I hear the south side of town is best. I'm looking for a house or condo to rent for 6 months while I look for a house to buy. A garage is a must to protect the "precious". Thanks

I say J&N, I just had hooters few days ago.. Also, Trussville Hooters is just OK..

JN is across the street from Trussville Mazda and maybe a block down (toward Home Depot). Noon sounds good to me.

I'll second J&N's over Hooters, it is alot better food. Usually car people want Hooters so I threw that out.
