never met up with KI before, very cool group of people, was hanging out with some of them till 2am at the hookah lounge haha.

new here... not an 8 owner.. but.. test drove one.. which a friend of mine later bought... now she's asking questions and i pointed her to your boards cause i'm a member of my cars boards and i get help when i need it there..

she has 2 questions.. one maybe less important then the other.. but... the other day she asked if i thought it had gotten louder... I didn't know what to compare it with but didn't seem louder to me...

second is that her remote start isn't working and from what we've found out the only dealer for her system is in Orlando.. so I thought again... maybe the boards could help...

 

they can help alot ..in fact most of what i know about the rx8 is from many many hours and a few sleepless night reading post and talking back and forth with members. just dont pay attention to smart ***'s. dont be afraid to ask question but search before you do. tell her to sign up and start learning . welcome

has she switched to using better gas?

Sometimes if you switch over to a higher octane rating, your car will get a little louder because the gas is burning so much better.

 

Its not runnin yet but I have a plan after I get back from the Bahamas next week. First the mr2 then the beast is being released.
