AEM CAI and Upcoming Smog Certificate

I live in Gwinnett County Georgia and just got notice that my 2004 RX-8 needs to be smogged for registration renewal. Has anyone run into any issues or problems with their Cold Air Intake system installed and getting a smog cert?
